The gathers of the body of the dress supported by a yoke give great breadth to this piece and the gathers at the head of the sleeves give volume to the long sleeves elasticated at the wrists for a flounced effect. The collar of the round neckline is scalloped and hemmed with an orange-yellow satin stitch. In the back, the opening that allows the head to pass through closes with natural mother of pearl buttons.
