G.H.Hurt & Son Butterfly Baby Shawl – Ivory White

This G.H.Hurt & Son classic has been keeping babies warm and cosy for nearly thirty years. Designed and made with care at our shawl factory in Nottingham, England. It takes two days and eight pairs of skilled hands to knit and hand finish this adorably soft butterfly baby shawl. Perfect for baby’s christening! Alternatively, this beautiful ivory white 100% wool baby blanket makes an ideal gift for a baby shower or bringing your precious new arrival home from the hospital. Size: 108 x 104cm approx.

Care: All our shawls are washed using gentle products suitable for sensitive skin, so are ready for use straight away. Due to the nature of our traditionally hand-finished products, knitted in fine quality yarns, please wash by hand in water not above 30C in temperature and dry flat, away from direct sunlight. Scalloped edges will naturally relax after washing. This is normal and does not deter from the quality of the product. For a perfect finish simply pin out the scalloped edges, cover with a cloth and press with a cool iron.
